Master painter Lauren Luna, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Fine Arts with a focus on painting. She began her professional artist career in New York City and now resides in Houston, where she is known as “Your City Painter,” specializing in iconic city architecture and urban landscapes. Lauren has been recognized as a Top 50 Entrepreneur by Scion Car Company, participated in Austin and Houston Fashion Week, and was featured in British Vogue and Glamour Magazines. Her work has been exhibited in the Grassi Museum in Germany, and she received the Margot Siegel Award for Design from the Goldstein Museum, where her hand-painted shoes are part of the permanent collection. Additionally, she was commended by the Alvin Independent School District School Board and was placed into Congressional Record by the district’s state representative. Recently, she was honored with the Kent State University Alumni Professional Achievement Award, further acknowledging her outstanding contributions to the art world.
