Susan Eley Fine Art

New York and Hudson, NY
About the Gallery
Susan Eley Fine Art (SEFA) was founded in 2006 by Susan Eisner Eley, with two locations—one in the Upper West Side in Manhattan and a venue in Hudson, New York, which opened in 2020. With each location, the gallery tries to differ itself from the traditional “white cube” model. Working with a roster of American and international artists, they focus on contemporary art by emerging and mid-career artists, who work in a range of media—encompassing painting, printmaking, sculpture, and photography. The gallery has participated in art fairs in Miami, Houston, San Francisco, New York City and Toronto and most recently Upstate Art Weekend. SEFA is a small business that is female-owned and operated, and that supports feminist and BIPOC artists and principles.
