"My work begins in the space between perception and form. Through abstraction, I explore rhythm, memory, architecture, emotion, and the unseen structures that shape experience. A painting may begin as a chord, a color field, a pressure, a spatial tension, or a feeling that will not leave. From there, the work develops through touch, surface, movement, layering, and response. I am interested in the point where instinct becomes structure and movement becomes presence. Some collections arrive like transmissions; others unfold through sound, story, or the charged atmosphere of a place. My role is both channel and conductor: receiving what wants to emerge, then refining it with discipline and intention. For me, painting is not only composition. It is recognition. The work asks to be encountered over time, changing with light, distance, mood, and attention. At its strongest, a painting alters both the physical experience of a room and the emotional atmosphere of a space. It becomes a relationship between image, space, memory, and the person who finds themselves before it."
