BIO
Diane Love has made creativity her career. She has studied at
the National Academy, New York Studio School, Art Students
League and International Center for Photography where she
pursued a classical curriculum in oil painting, watercolor,
sculpture, print making and photography. She has painted
portraits, landscapes and still-life.
For the last 15 years she has
been exploring abstract mixed media collage. These works
include fragments of her photographs, watercolors and
drawings and handmade papers. In these she uses a variety of
mediums: ink, watercolor, acrylic, pencil and pastel. Before
focusing full time on making art she had an eponymous shop for
17 years on Madison Avenue where she sold objects of her
design. Her favorite expression is “In Art nothing is off limits.”
