Nicole Basilone (b.1988, NJ, USA) completed undergraduate studies at Pratt Munson Williams Proctor (2009) and graduated from Maryland Institute college of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Painting and minor in Art History (2011). Past residencies include: Château Orquevaux (2018) and The Vermont Studio Center (2012). Her work has been exhibited in major US cities Detroit (MI),Chicago (IL), Oakland (CA),Philadelphia (PA),New York City (NY) and Baltimore (MD). In 2018 she landed her first solo exhibition at Mimi and Hill design studios in Westfield, NJ. In 2020 and 2021 She co-curated and exhibited in Spring Break Art show which was featured in Hyperallergic, Two Coats of Paint and Whitewall magazine. She lives and works in Jersey City, NJ.
